FIBU-Helfer (Bookkeeping-helper)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between FIBU-Helfer and its clients regarding bookkeeping services.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the client confirms an offer from FIBU-Helfer in writing or electronically, or when the service is used.

3. Scope of Services

The scope of bookkeeping services is defined in the respective offer or service description. Changes or extensions require written agreement.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide all documents and information necessary for proper bookkeeping in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.

5. Remuneration

Fees are based on the agreed offer. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction.

6. Liability

FIBU-Helfer is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.
